Responsibilities
- Not a traditional coder, but a geek at full throttle: Here, we equip you with a top-tier AI arsenal. Your primary mission: leverage AI to explode the development and optimization efficiency of high-performance C/C++ trading systems.
- nX Efficiency in Core Infrastructure Delivery: You are a one-person quant infrastructure strike force. Using the AI toolchain, you’ll efficiently build and maintain a highly competitive quantitative trading platform, continuously push system performance to its absolute limits, expand platform capabilities, and fiercely uphold financial-grade stability standards.
- “Vibe Coding” Architect Who Cuts to the Core: Reject mindless code accumulation. You’ll work closely with business teams to independently uncover the essence of business requirements. AI handles the “Vibe Coding” for rapid code output, while you own the core technical evaluations, architectural decisions, and drive efficient solutions to successful delivery.
Qualifications
- AI Coding Fanatic & Programming Veteran (C/C++ Preferred): Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of relevant development experience. You’re also a power user of various AI coding tools, constantly pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in low-level systems programming.
- Hardcore Low-Level Technical Foundation (The Essentials): Because only true technical experts can critically review low-level code written by AI. You must be proficient in Linux systems and Network Programming, with deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. You’ll ensure AI-generated code is bulletproof in memory management and I/O.
- Geek Spirit & Cross-Functional Communication: You pursue automation and thrive in the flow state of creating miracles. You also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can dialogue efficiently with machines while also collaborating smoothly across departments and business lines. Experience developing quantitative trading systems is a strong plus.
