We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Product Manager / Product Owner to act as the bridge between business stakeholders, designers, QA, and our development team
Tasks
Product & Requirements Management
- Create, refine, and maintain Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
- Ensure that product requirements are fully understood by the development team.
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary coordination point between founders, developers, designers, and external partners.
- Track progress, identify blockers, and proactively follow up on open tasks.
- Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Prepare and participate in sprint reviews, demos, and planning sessions.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Coordinate testing activities across releases and feature deployments.
- Support feature validation and acceptance testing.
- Ensure implemented features meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Track bugs and issues until resolution and verify fixes before release.
Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile development teams.
- Assist in clarifying technical requirements and resolving ambiguities.
- Support release planning and deployment readiness.
- Ensure smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
- Experience working closely with software development teams.
- Strong Jira and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Experience with SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based products.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud-based architectures, and integrations.
- Experience working with remote and international development teams.
- Startup experience.
