As we advance toward a connected digital ecosystem, the Omnichannel Design System serves as a foundational capability for delivering consistent, accessible, and high‑quality digital experiences. 

The Manager, Omnichannel Design System is responsible for defining, scaling, and governing Delta’s omnichannel digital design system. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure the system supports user needs, product growth, brand integrity, and emerging AI assisted design capabilities across Delta’s digital ecosystem. The role also manages the individuals on the Design Systems team (designers, product managers, etc.).
