AGENCY has a record of providing excellent direct mail, design, and targeting service to our clients and we’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer. 

As a Senior Graphic Designer with AGENCY you will be responsible for working directly with the creative and account services team to ensure strategic direct mail campaigns are designed, edited, approved and sent to print on deadline. 

The ideal candidate for this position will be creative, detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated. This is the job for you if you have a positive outlook, are excellent at interpersonal communication, and are capable of delivering excellent design. 

This role is remote, and candidates must be based in the US.

This is a position for the 2026 election cycle. Similar to our campaign clients, our staff are expected to put in long and irregular hours as needed. The compensation for this position is $6,100 monthly, based on employee location and experience. End of cycle bonuses are also awarded, dependent on individual and firm performance.  To help ensure equity is centered in our recruitment and hiring process, we do not negotiate starting salaries.
