🎯 Where this role sits

Klar’s Measurement (Attribution) team is a small, cross-functional team that holds end to end ownership for the Measurement domain.

The goal of the team is to help our customers understand the effectiveness of their marketing spend and make budgeting decisions that drive up efficiency.

To accomplish this, the team leverages multi-touch attribution powered by our own first-party tracking, marketing mix modelling and incrementality testing.

The team works as a unit of collective ownership: they keep the context, make decisions close to the work, and carry accountability for outcomes in their domain. This role sits inside that team as a product individual contributor.

Ownership of decisions and outcomes for Attribution sits with the team. Your contribution is to bring clarity and context, pull the right people into conversations, and help the team line up its work with Klar’s strategy and with what is genuinely helpful for merchants.

🏃Our Process

Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans, the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate, we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.

Most of the process for this position will be handled by Chris & Marc.

  1. Chris reviews your application: Apart from your CV feel free to include a few words as to what motivates you to join Klar.
  2. We get to know each other: We have a 30-minute meeting in which we tell you more about our vision for Klar plus, we'll get to see whether both our expectations align.
  3. We get to know your skills: We have a 60-90 minute meeting with people from the measurement team and product chapter, in which we ask questions to help us better understand your experience and capabilities.
  4. We really get to know each other: You meet with Max, our CEO, to help us understand what drives you and where you want to be in the future. You can ask Max anything you want - nothing is off the table. We will talk for as long as necessary and by the end of it we should both feel comfortable.
  5. You meet the remaining Co-Founders - We value strong fit and alignment within our team. This gives you and us a chance for a final check.
  6. You get an offer - and hopefully sign it ✌️

If all goes well, this process should be done within 1-2 weeks.
