Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to assist with:
- Collecting, classifying, recording, editing, and disseminating aeronautical information and Notices to Airmen in accordance with established procedures
- Collecting and transmitting messages relating to arrival, departure, cancelled, and delayed flights
- Disseminating flight plans to the relevant Air Traffic Service units
- Collecting landing, parking, navigation, late operation, and facilitation fees from aircraft operators
- Collecting, verifying, and completing relevant airline and flight documentation, including General Declaration forms and Movement Sheets
- Monitoring aeronautical computer systems, including SPATIA and CADAS, and reporting faults or system malfunctions
- Completing shift log books, reconciliation documents, float records, and other administrative records
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Five (5) subject passes equivalent to G.C.E. Ordinary Level or CXC/CSEC, Grade 3 and above, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
