About Educato
Educato is building a fast-growing consumer education product used by students and families. We’re scaling quickly and are looking for someone to help us build a repeatable UGC and micro-influencer engine across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
We believe short-form creator content can become one of our strongest growth channels, and we’re looking for someone entrepreneurial who can own this from the ground up.
About the role
We’re hiring a UGC & Micro-Influencer Growth Manager to help us find, recruit, brief, and manage creators who can make authentic short-form content for Educato.
You’ll be responsible for building our creator pipeline, running outreach, negotiating rates, coordinating deliverables, giving feedback, tracking performance, and helping us learn what types of creators and concepts drive growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands creator culture, moves fast, and enjoys testing lots of ideas.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a pipeline of UGC creators and micro-influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Source creators who fit Educato’s audience, tone, and product.
- Run outbound outreach to creators and manage follow-ups.
- Negotiate creator rates, packages, and usage rights.
- Write briefs that help creators produce authentic, high-performing content.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and payments.
- Track creator performance across views, engagement, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and creative learnings.
- Work closely with our founders and creative team to identify winning angles, hooks, and formats.
- Build a repeatable system for sourcing, briefing, testing, and scaling UGC.
- Help identify creators who could become long-term brand ambassadors.
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with UGC creators, influencers, ambassadors, or TikTok/Instagram creators.
- Strong understanding of short-form platforms, especially TikTok and Reels.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to write clear, simple creator briefs.
- Highly organized; comfortable managing many creators and deliverables at once.
- Comfortable with experimentation and fast iteration.
- Strong taste for authentic, native-feeling content.
- Bonus: experience in consumer apps, education, parenting, student, or Gen Z-focused products.
- Bonus: experience managing paid usage rights or whitelisting/Spark Ads.
