We want a Recruitment Account Manager to own that momentum across Greater Manchester. This is a modern, AI-assisted desk: sourcing and screening are handled for you, so your focus stays on clients, candidates and closing.

What your week looks like: taking briefs from Manchester employers, shaping them into roles that actually get filled, guiding candidates through the process, and hitting the numbers that matter. You will also help grow our footprint across the North West.

What we are after: a couple of years in recruitment or account management, a consultative style, and genuine local knowledge. A confident communicator who is target-driven and low-ego.
