Recruitment Account Manager

This is a Recruitment Account Manager role covering Glasgow and the West of Scotland. You will manage employer relationships end to end while our agents take care of sourcing and first-cut screening in the background.

Your remit: win and keep client accounts, convert briefs into filled roles, guide candidates through to offer, and hit clear delivery goals.

What makes you a fit: a couple of years in recruitment or B2B account management, strong consultative instincts, and ideally a working knowledge of the Scottish employer market.
