Recruitment Account Manager

The job: be our Recruitment Account Manager for Bristol and the wider South West. You will run client relationships and placements while the agent layer handles the repetitive sourcing work.

You will spend your time taking briefs, building shortlists that convert, keeping candidates warm through the process, and growing a set of accounts you can call your own.

The person: two-ish years in recruitment or B2B account management, a consultative and target-driven approach, and ideally a read on the South West employer landscape.
