We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to build and run client relationships across Liverpool and Merseyside. With sourcing and screening automated, your energy goes into clients, candidates and closing placements.
The essentials of the role:
- Own a portfolio of Merseyside employer accounts
- Convert hiring needs into briefs that get filled
- Manage candidates from first contact to offer
- Deliver on your placement targets
You will need around two years in recruitment or account management and the drive to help establish us in a market on the up.
