fleetster is a SaaS company located in Munich that provides smart solutions for global fleets and car-sharers to make customers’ daily fleet life as easy as possible. Our product core is the sophisticated software platform with over 100,000 users in 9 languages and in over 28 countries. In an ongoing effort to grow and further extend our market presence and reach our vision of 1 million managed e-vehicles, we are launching a greenfield new product line and are looking for a senior backend heavy full-stack engineer (m/f/x) in Munich.
Tasks
- Shape the future of our new product by ensuring solid engineering principles and best practices you have learned over the last few years along with like minded team mates
- Your voice matters: we are looking for people that take ownership of the features they build
- Building up the team to an efficient development unit with the potential to include leadership responsibilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional / hands-on development experience (Specific experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus)
- You are a true AI native engineer that understood the role of AI in development, while improving the quality and security of enterprise applications and not just a 'vibe coder'
- Experience in an agile mode with our tech stack (see below)
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
