Position Summary:

The Transportation Analyst supports transportation planning, daily shipment execution, customer service, and performance reporting across the transportation network. This role combines analytical problem solving with service-oriented communication to improve shipment visibility, monitor on-time performance, support track-and-trace activity, identify trends and exceptions, and provide timely reporting and follow-up to carriers, internal stakeholders, and operations teams.
