About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing AI-focused B2B SaaS company as their first dedicated Operations & Customer Success hire. You'll work directly alongside the founding team to onboard, support, and grow a portfolio of 40+ B2B clients across 14+ industries. The company builds an AI Visibility Content Engine that helps brands appear in AI-generated answers and overviews across leading platforms. You'll be foundational to how clients experience the product and how the team scales.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new B2B clients, ensuring a smooth and value-driven start
Serve as the primary point of contact for a growing portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and driving retention
Identify client needs and translate them into actionable product feedback for the founding team
Develop and refine scalable processes for client communication, reporting, and success tracking
Collaborate closely with the founders on operations, tooling, and internal workflows as the company scales
Support upsell and expansion conversations by demonstrating product value and understanding client goals
What We're Looking For
Required:
0–2 years of experience in customer success, operations, or a startup environment with a focus on onboarding and supporting B2B SaaS clients
Full professional fluency in both German and English
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable in an early-stage environment where processes are still being built
Strong communication and organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with AI-focused or content-engine SaaS products (e.g. AEO, GEO, or SEO tooling)
Experience translating client feedback into concrete product improvement requests
Background at a consulting firm, growth-stage startup, or tech company in a client-facing role
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €70,000 per year
Equity: 0.25–0.75% VSOP (virtual stock options), depending on profile and experience

Location
This is an on-site role based in Munich or Hamburg, Germany. The team is split across both cities and you are welcome to join from either location.
