What You'll Do
Own core platform functionality end-to-end, from idea through production and polish
Design and build backend systems that power real-time threat intelligence ingestion, processing, and alerting
Develop and iterate on AI pipelines and agentic workflows
Build user-configured workflow systems that enable security operations teams to act quickly and precisely
Collaborate closely with a small, senior core team to ship features the industry hasn't seen before
Flex across engineering specialties as needed in an early-stage environment
What We're Looking For
Required:
Senior or Staff level backend engineering experience
0→1 ownership experience — you've taken a large project or product feature from idea to polished delivery, end-to-end
Demonstrated ability to dive into different areas of engineering (flexibility is key on a lean team)
Based in the United States
Nice to Have:
Experience building user-configured workflow or automation systems
Experience building AI pipelines or working with agentic systems
Early-stage startup experience
Eye for product design and UX
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $180,000 – $205,000 annually
