You'll own hiring across our Go-to-Market organization, with a strong focus on SDRs, Account Executives, Sales leadership, and other revenue-generating roles
You'll partner directly with founders and sales leaders on some of the company's highest-impact hires
You'll build talent pipelines before we need them—not after positions open

What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Business Development, and other GTM roles—from sourcing through onboarding
Proactively source exceptional SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, and other commercial talent
Occasionally recruit for Marketing and other business roles as the company grows
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and hiring decisions
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience with fast, transparent communication
Build scalable talent pipelines for key commercial positions
Continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire top GTM talent

Have 2+ years experience recruiting commercial talent in a startup or scale-up environment
Know what great SDRs, Account Executives, and sales leaders look like
Love active sourcing and outbound recruiting

Move quickly without compromising hiring quality

Nice-to-have: You need to know what a fast paced sales motion look like - or even better we have worked in sales yourself
