Please note that for this role, C2 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What you will do
Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the English, Italian, French, and German markets.
Coach and mentor the team through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development to help each rep reach their full potential.
Own and drive pipeline generation targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quotas.
Cultivate a high-performance outbound culture, specifically focused on cold-calling pre-qualified and unqualified leads.
Lead by example as a player-coach, jumping onto the phones during peak times or gaps in the schedule to demonstrate best-in-class prospecting and customer-facing conversations.
Build and maintain a strong cold calling culture within the team. Serve as a player-coach when needed, leading by example through direct prospecting activity - including cold calling - and customer-facing conversations.
Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs, high lead quality, and alignment on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target segments.
Identify process improvements and work with Revenue Operations to implement tools, automations, and workflows that increase team output.
What Makes You a Great Fit
1+ years of hands-on experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
1–2 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
Passion for fast-paced environments and the SMB sales landscape.
Proactive, flexible, and resilient in rapidly changing settings.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French (in addition to English).
