Your missionAs a Test Cloud Sales Specialist – Commercial Mid-Market, you will lead sales efforts into commercial mid-market accounts, positioning UiPath Test Cloud as the cloud-based testing platform that helps growing organizations modernize software delivery, improve quality, and scale automation. You will serve as a subject matter expert on cloud testing and work directly with technology leaders, QA teams, DevOps groups, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of Test Cloud across commercial customer environments.
This is a direct-selling role focused on identifying high-potential accounts, creating new opportunities, accelerating sales cycles, and helping mid-market customers improve testing efficiency, reduce infrastructure burden, and deliver applications faster.
What you'll do at UiPathDrive Test Cloud sales into commercial mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities across software engineering, QA, DevOps, automation, and digital transformation teams.
Engage with technology leaders, QA managers, DevOps leaders, and business stakeholders to understand testing challenges and position Test Cloud as a scalable, efficient, and modern cloud testing solution.
Champion Test Cloud as a strategic, fully managed cloud testing platform, highlighting benefits such as elastic execution, reduced infrastructure overhead, improved governance, faster release cycles, and lower total cost of ownership.
Lead consultative discovery and technical conversations with customer teams responsible for application delivery, quality engineering, automation, and cloud modernization.
Build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships within target accounts to create urgency, align value to business priorities, and drive adoption across teams.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close, across commercial mid-market Test Cloud opportunities.
Develop territory and account strategies to drive pipeline growth, expand existing customer relationships, and identify opportunities for broader UiPath platform adoption.
Maintain a strong understanding of each customer’s business priorities, application landscape, technology stack, and testing maturity to tailor Test Cloud positioning effectively.
Monitor cloud testing, DevOps, and quality engineering competitors to effectively differentiate Test Cloud in both executive and technical conversations.
Coordinate internal UiPath resources including product, sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and account teams to support customer pursuits and accelerate deal execution.
Experience selling SaaS, cloud platforms, testing technologies, DevOps solutions, or automation software into commercial or mid-market accounts.
Strong understanding of cloud architectures, cloud-based testing, DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD practices.
Experience managing a high-volume commercial sales territory, including prospecting, pipeline generation, qualification, and closing new business.
Ability to manage sales cycles involving technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable customer outcomes such as faster releases, improved quality, reduced cost, and increased team productivity.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value to both technical leaders and business decision-makers.
Nice to have: Experience selling into software-driven, cloud-first, or automation-focused mid-market organizations.
Nice to have: Track record of exceeding quota and closing SaaS, cloud platform, testing, DevOps, or automation deals in a commercial sales environment.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.
Potential travel could be up to 50%.
