Some of our children have been let down by education before. This role is about showing them it can be different. For a few of the children we support, a classroom has never felt like a safe or welcoming place and understandably, they’ve switched off from learning altogether. We’re looking for someone to gently change that: to work one-to-one with the children who currently find education hardest, rebuild their trust, and help them rediscover that learning can be something they actually enjoy. …
