Managing Principal Consultant – Life & Pensions Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Insurance, Business Consulting | Type: Permanent Help shape the future of Life & Pensions through strategic transformation and innovation. The Role We are looking for a Managing Principal Consultant with deep Life & Pensions expertise to support and deliver high-impact projects for our UK clients. This role blends strategic leadership, delivery, and hands-on consulting across digital transformation, data, regulatory change, customer transformation, and AI-enabled business transformation. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align business and technology priorities while helping expand Capco's Life & Pensions consulting practice. You'll also encourage the responsible use of approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve delivery quality, accelerate insight, and enhance client outcomes, applying appropriate human judgement and governance throughout.
