Develop original, brand-right artwork and product concepts while maintaining the visual identity and integrity of each licensed property.
Incorporate internal and licensor feedback and revise artwork throughout the licensing review and approval process.
Maintain consistency and accuracy across approved artwork, colors, logos, character assets, and product applications.

Hands-On Textile & Pattern Design:
Apply an excellent color sense to build seasonal palettes, generate colorways, and establish harmonious tonal balances across product lines.
Use NedGraphics to build seamless repeat patterns and execute meticulous color separations for factory production.
Maintain extreme attention to detail when scaling artwork, fine-tuning repeat grids, and ensuring design integrity across various soft substrates and hard goods surfaces.

Apply surface graphics, logos, and decorative treatments across soft goods as well as hard goods (e.g., molded plastics, ceramics, drinkware, metal, gear).
Utilize Adobe Photoshop for precision image manipulation, texture mapping, color matching, and photorealistic product mockups.
Build precise artwork placement guides and detailed graphics maps showing exact scale, measurements, and position on product components.

Factory Production Handoff & Vendor Collaboration:
Review production samples, strike-offs, lab dips, and physical samples with a critical eye for color accuracy and fidelity to original NedGraphics colorways.
Troubleshoot manufacturing limitations (e.g., color limits, curved substrate distortion, material tolerances) and adjust artwork files directly to maintain production timelines and quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
3–5+ years of hands-on design experience specializing in consumer physical products, textiles, or soft goods.
Experience designing hard goods (e.g., home, molded products, ceramics) is a strong plus.
Experience working with licensed brands, licensor style guides, brand guidelines, and approval processes is strongly preferred.
