About the Role

Camber is growing fast, and that means our Talent organization needs to scale thoughtfully, quickly, and with care. We’re approaching 100 mission-oriented builders who want to change healthcare, and need someone to own technical recruiting as our hiring across engineering and data accelerates. You will partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to attract and close top technical talent across software engineering, infrastructure, security, product engineering, data, and AI/ML. We’d also love if you can jump into and own searches in operations, customer experience, and GTM, based on business needs.

You should be excited about recruiting as both a craft and a competitive advantage. We want someone who is highly technical, deeply curious about emerging tooling, and constantly experimenting with new ways to source, engage, and close candidates.
