We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. You’ll work alongside our creative directors, art directors, writers, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life across a range of brands, platforms, and mediums.
This is a great opportunity for a designer who has a strong eye, solid fundamentals, and wants to grow their skills while working on meaningful, high-quality creative work.
What You’ll Do
Create thoughtful, engaging design across social, digital, print, presentations, branding, and other marketing materials
Take creative direction and turn concepts into polished visual executions
Develop layouts, graphics, presentations, social content, and campaign assets
Work collaboratively with creative and strategy teams from concept through final production
Help maintain consistency and visual quality across brand systems
Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and audiences
Prepare final files for production with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying organized
Stay current on design, cultural, and visual trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
Be open to feedback and use it to strengthen your work
What You Bring
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally at an agency, studio, or in-house creative team
A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, creativity, and versatility
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, and color
Experience designing for digital and print
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to take direction, ask smart questions, and work through feedback
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A collaborative, curious, and positive attitude
A willingness to learn and grow as a designer
Bonus If
You have experience with branding or developing brand systems
You know your way around Figma or After Effects
You have experience creating social-first or motion content
You have worked with photographers, illustrators, videographers, or production teams
You’re interested in AI and emerging creative tools and enjoy experimenting with new ways to work
