🚀 Your Mission

• As a Senior Account Executive (m/w/d), you will:
  Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise B2B software deals — from discovery and solution positioning to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Take over a qualified, active pipeline from day one and further develop your territory across DACH and Europe — a warm start backed by strong inbound and sales support.
• Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving decision-makers from IT, e-commerce, marketing, procurement and C-level management.
• Sell a market-leading PIM, MDM, DAM and CDP platform with strong land-and-expand potential across additional use cases, services and editions.
• Qualify opportunities methodically (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar) and maintain a transparent, disciplined and reliable forecast in HubSpot.
• Collaborate closely with our internal services team, implementation partners and system integrators to develop solution-oriented deals — you sell outcomes, not licenses.
• Actively contribute to our go-to-market approach, competitive positioning and the continuous development of our sales organization.

Requirements

🧠 What You Should Bring

• 4+ years of closing experience in B2B software sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing complex and longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
• Ideally, experience in PIM, MDM, DAM, e-commerce or DXP — or another complex data or enterprise software environment.
• A network or previous experience within retail, manufacturing or consumer goods is a plus.
• Strong discovery, negotiation and closing skills combined with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
• Experience with structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or similar, as well as clean and reliable forecasting.
• Fluent German (C1+) and fluent English, spoken and written.
• A structured, CRM-disciplined way of working, strong ownership and the motivation to continuously improve.
