Responsibilities:
The new Account Executive will drive CUBE's sales efforts, and will be responsible for winning new mid-market logos across regulated businesses.
Lead the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, from initial engagement and qualification through to commercial negotiation and close, consistently achieving net‑new customer acquisition targets.
Drive new business generation through prospecting, market mapping, and targeted outreach.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders (including Heads of Legal & Compliance, Compliance Directors and equivalent leaders) to build a broad vision of strategic long-term partnership and value.
Maintain rigorous CRM and forecasting discipline, providing an accurate, evidence-based view of pipeline, deal progression and expected close dates.
Provide timely and accurate forecasts to the Head of Sales, on a weekly basis
Effective use of AI tools to drive GTM efficiency, prospecting, and territory planning.
Track and drive improvement in qualified-to-close conversion rates across the funnel, not just pipeline volume.
Contribute actively to the evolution of CUBE Intel's GTM strategy, using market and customer insights to refine targeting, messaging and sales execution.
Skills & Experience
You will be a hands-on sales professional with a strong new business sales background and a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with new prospects and senior stakeholders.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a B2B environment.
A self-starter who is proactive in building their own pipeline; whilst a dedicated BDR function will support lead generation, candidates must be comfortable with independent outreach and market mapping.
Desirable
Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or equivalent.
Background in financial services, compliance, risk or regulatory technology - direct sector experience is a strong advantage but not a necessity.
