Shop Manager

We are looking for two inspirational shop managers to join our retail team, who are motivated individuals to lead and manage teams of volunteers in our shops. You will be providing a warm and inviting atmosphere to our customers and donors when they are donating or purchasing items. The main role will be processing donations, managing a team of volunteers, reaching shop budgets, adhering to health and safety processes and upholding Hospice core values.
