Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing and reporting process.
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports. Proactively communicate daily status and escalate issues as needed.
- Solve complex problems and proactively determine and implement improvements to workflows and controls. Reduce inefficiencies, minimize risks and manual workflows.
- Handle audit requests.
- Cross-trained to serve as backup and resource to other ad hoc tasks and participate in projects and initiatives.
