MultiBase is a specialist BI and analytics consulting firm. Founded in 1991, we've spent 35 years helping mid-sized DACH companies turn their data into decisions that move the P&L. Over 1,500 projects. Over 400 clients. ICP: CFOs and Heads of Controlling at companies with EUR 20-500M in revenue.
We are now at an inflection point: expanding from traditional BI consulting into scalable products and international markets - including the Gulf region and English-speaking countries. We are not a software company (yet). We are not a big agency. We are a tight, high-output team that runs on systems, AI leverage, and sharp thinking. We are building toward 10x-ing our EBITDA by 2030, and the growth engine you build is central to getting there.
The role
You start by running the marketing machine. Campaign execution, CRM operations, funnel management, contractor coordination - these are yours from day one. You'll work directly with the founders and have real ownership of what ships and what doesn't.
But this isn't a dead-end execution role. As you prove yourself, you take on more: shaping campaigns, testing new channels, coordinating our expansion into international markets. The ceiling is as high as your output.
What we need first is someone who delivers. Consistently, reliably, without being chased. What we want long-term is someone who grows into owning the full marketing operation.
Tasks
What you own from day one
Campaign execution
- Run Meta campaigns end to end: ad scripts, budget management, performance iteration. You do not brief an agency. You run it yourself.
- Track funnel performance: landing pages, email sequences, call conversion rate. You test and improve.
CRM and automation
- Own CRM operations: automation, lead scoring, sequences, hygiene. You keep the system clean and working.
- Build and maintain workflows in our CRM GoHighLevel that connect marketing activity to sales outcomes.
Creative, AI & contractor coordination
- Turn content into campaign assets and distribute across channels (current Focus on YouTube and LinkedIn, to be extended)
- Create and manage AI Agents supporting you in the content creation and distribution
- Brief external contractors and review deliverables against brief - not just "does this look nice" but "does this get us qualified leads"
BD support
- Templates, briefing documents, lead intelligence - aligned with the sales function, not managed by it.
What you grow into
- Shaping campaigns, not just running them
- Testing new channels and markets (including international expansion)
- Owning the content strategy
- Co-building the marketing system as we scale
Requirements
What we are looking for
You are an AI-native B2B marketing operator with 2-4 years of hands-on experience. You execute brilliantly today and bring ideas proactively. You run your own tools. Your output-to-hours ratio is noticeably higher than average because of how you work.
You would have walked into a meeting and said "we should build something like this" - not waited to be asked. But you also know how to ship, not just suggest.
Non-negotiables
- AI-native. You run agents. You use Claude (Code, Cowork, Design), ChatGPT, Gemini, Hermes, OpenClaw or equivalents as default. You multiply your own output. This is not a nice-to-have.
- Funnel thinking. Every output has a path to a booked session. You think in conversion, not in content.
- Self-starter. You bring ideas and flag problems. We do not chase people.
- You read the market and suggest moves. You do not wait for a brief.
- 2-4 years hands-on. In B2B performance marketing. Small-team operator. Not a brand marketer. Not a pure strategist. A builder who executes.
- English fluency. Business-level English is a hard requirement.
- German language skills are a strong plus - particularly for reviewing DACH-focused content - but not a hard requirement.
This role is not for you if
- You need a detailed brief for every task
- You prefer to brief others rather than execute yourself
- You need daily check-ins to stay on track
- You are looking for a large team, clear lanes, and structured process - we are building those things, not handing them to you
- You do not use AI tools in your daily work
- You think "I'll flag it in the next meeting" is an acceptable response to a campaign that's been underperforming for three days
