What you will do
- Arrange customer appointments through telephone calls, networks and leads
- Build and maintain an appointment pipeline
- Learn consultation, needs-assessment, follow-up and documentation processes
- Use performance indicators and feedback to improve results
- Support analysis of customer circumstances
- Prepare consultation materials
- Join customer discussions when appropriate and manage follow-ups
- Maintain accurate documentation and organise clear next steps
- Work closely with the team and own assigned work packages
What you will bring

- German at C1 level or above in speech and writing
