What you will do
- Design portfolio pricing, tiers, licensing metrics, bundles and add-ons
- Prepare analysis, financial models and recommendations for the monthly pricing committee
- Own discount policy and commercial guardrails
- Develop monetisation for new identity-security and consumption-based offerings
- Ensure pricing and packaging are ready when products launch
- Maintain authoritative pricing, packaging and quoting guidance
- Track price realisation, attach rates and competitive position
What you will bring
- At least 12 years in pricing strategy, monetisation, product management or product marketing
- At least five years leading pricing as a defined function
- Evidence of building monetisation governance, processes, documentation and analytical capability
- Experience presenting and defending recommendations to a formal decision group
- Expertise in tiered enterprise software packaging and financial modelling
- Executive credibility and the ability to hold a pricing position under pressure
- Cybersecurity, identity security and consumption-based pricing experience are strongly preferred
- Knowledge of configure-price-quote systems, acquisition integration or major commercial model changes is preferred
- An MBA is advantageous
