- Use AI tools for technical outputs, account planning, project management and governance
- Create expansion plans, encourage platform adoption and share customer feedback with research and development teams
What you will bring
- At least five years' experience owning complex workstreams, process areas and customer relationships in value engineering, consulting or pre-sales
- A solid enterprise IT and business software background
- Proven process improvement and value-realisation expertise
- Experience coordinating multi-region or multi-business-unit programmes and engaging director or vice-president stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of finance or supply chain domains and public-sector trends
- Excellent English communication and a relevant technical, analytical, business or economics degree
