theHRkey works with licensed recruitment agencies in the Gulf and the UK. Send us the roles you are working on and we search our candidate pool against each one. You keep the client and the mandate; we bring in-country candidates whose CVs we have reviewed against your role.
What we supply
Experience, skills, location and availability, without names or contact details, so you can judge the fit before anything else.
A candidate's name is shared only after that candidate has agreed to be put forward for that specific role, and only once our partnership terms are in place with you.
We never approach your client. The roles you send stay private unless you tell us your client allows them to be advertised anonymously, and the client's name is never shown.

Title, location, salary band, notice, visa or nationality requirements and how many candidates you want. The end client's name is optional and is never shown publicly.

We match the role against our candidate pool and follow up with you. Anonymised profiles appear against the role in your login.
