The role
- Lead ecological housebuilding projects independently from planning through turnkey handover
- Manage complex construction activity with responsibility for budgets and schedules
- Develop the site team and improve project delivery methods
What you will do
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site employees
- Control quality, deadlines and project costs
- Manage budgets, variations and invoice checks
- Ensure compliance with construction, safety and quality requirements
- Work with architects, specialist planners, project leaders and senior management

- Lead the site team and handle conflict constructively
- Improve and digitise documentation and other building processes
What you will bring
- A construction degree or comparable technical or trade qualification
- Several years of independent construction management experience
- Timber construction, ecological housebuilding or turnkey residential experience would be preferred
- Evidence of successfully managing complex projects, costs and schedules
- Commercial awareness combined with customer focus and high quality standards
- Confident management of subcontractors and tradespeople
- Clear and constructive communication
- Experience using construction and project software
